Updates

I admit I am really no good in updating my journals, though I update my artworks quite frequently. I feel bad I haven't updated a journal since Dec 2009. Well, apart from laziness to blame, I am also busy having a good time between work, personal projects, friends, and family. I quit my last job as a creative designer b'coz there was less job satisfaction and no expectations for a proper career growth. I am currently back working as a freelance artist for pre-production works in the animation industry and it gives me satisfaction and liberty as an artist. Also working on a self-published graphic novel content alongwith my team http://liberaar

Here's probably my last journal for this year. The year 2009 went by pretty quick that I hardly remember anything that 'happened'... except for a few nice moments with friends and family. I think this year was majorly used up as a study process rather than any results. So, I guess I can brief it up as a ' processing year '. I have learnt a lot this year... about art, graphic novels, story-telling, movies, designs, animation, and all such stuffs related to my career development. But I also know the fact that it is just the start of a new adventure and there is many more to learn and suffer on the way to glory! I am confidently awaiting a few

Hey,

I am writing on behalf of my firm, Wings Intellect Pvt. Ltd. which is a research and design organisation concentrating on experience designs based on game-like settings (let's say 80% gaming company, 20% philosophy institute). We are based out of Mumbai, India and are looking our for graphic artists who can work with us full time as a part of the team on everything not-directly related to product development (i.e. making game mocks, character concepts, interface design, stills for graphic novels and cinematics etc)

If you would be up for a gig in a new and crazy domain, please do get in touch with us as we are eager to work with artists such as you.

You can write back to me with your CV and contact details on aakash@wingsintellect.net if you seem a discussion could be fruitful.

Best wishes for your splendid artistic journey ahead any way :)

Cheers!
Aakash
Hello there,

Thanks for showing interest in my work.
I usually do not update here often. So you can find more of my works at www.sinustash.com or my active fb page here, [link].

I am currently working as the Art Director and character designer for Libera Artisti and Dragonmill Media, which are under the same umbrella situated in Bangalore. So a full time job wouldn't suit me. But I am open to taking some freelance if the project interests me. I have worked for such several game designs. So, if there is any project you need to discuss on a freelance basis, write to sinucs@gmail.com.

Thanks.
S.
